Outhouses program Wednesday

The Friends of the Williamson Free Public Library will throw in some real educational value when they feature Carolyn Adriaansen of Marion, giving a light-hearted talk, 'The Ins and Outs of the Outhouse.' The program will take place on Wednesday, Jan. 16 at noon in the librarys Community Room.

Adriaansen has been Marion's Town Historian for more than 35 years and presents themed talks on historic topics. Her signature humor and dry wit will complement the privy discussion (complete with a display of outhouse-related items) and the program promises to be both informational and fun.

The Friends Program Sandwiched-In is free and open to all. An optional lunch may be reserved by calling the library at 589.2048 before Jan. 14.
