Stopper earns Doctor of Chiropractic degree; working in San Diego Katrina M. Stopper was awarded the degree of Doctor of Chiropractic in the December 14 ceremony of Southern California University of Health Sciences Los Angeles College of Chiropractic. Prior to the completion of her doctorate, she worked as an Athletic Trainer and Strength and Conditioning Specialist at the University of California, and with HealthSouth Physical Therapy at St. Augustine High School, both in San Diego. Dr. Stopper has accepted a position as a practitioner with the Del Mar Chiropractic Sports Group in San Diego, California. A 2001 graduate of Sacred Heart University in Fairfield, Connecticut in Kinesiology and Sports Science, and 1997 graduate of Lyons High School, she is the daughter of Robert and Victoria Stopper of Lyons.
