Jamboree in Lyons Sunday There will be a Country Music Jamboree on Sunday, January 20 at the Lyons VFW on Rt. 14 south of town. The host band is Hall of Honor inductees, Natural Image. The show starts at 2 p.m. and lasts until 7. Also playing are Country Pleasure, Country Smoke and Southern Thunder. The Lyons VFW Color Guard runs the kitchen. They usually sell out early so dont be late. Admission is $3 per person, with discounts for couples, elderly and youths. There will be two more jamborees, February 17 and March 16.
