Williamson, Sodus Chambers meet Thursday

The Sodus Chamber of Commerce July 10 meeting will be held at the Young Sommer Winery in Williamson starting at 7 p.m. Please RSVP to 315.398.8473. The Williamson Chamber of Commerce will be there and the public is invited. There'll be a tour of the winery, wine sampling, and refreshments.

July will also see the Chamber at the Olde Tyme Country Faire in Sodus Point on July 19 and 20. The booth will feature literature and materials from different Chamber members and Chamber members will be on hand to talk about future plans and goals. Anyone interested in joining the Chamber can pick up a registration form there. The Chamber is open to any individual or business who is interested in making Sodus a good place to shop, work, live and visit.

A Business After Hours is planned for August 7 at Captain Jack's in Sodus Point. This will allow all businesses, whether Chamber members or not, to come and network and talk about their products. Other area Chambers will also be invited to attend as well as the public.

The summer concludes with an old-fashioned picnic to be held on September 4. With everyone bringing a dish to pass, there will be plenty of good food and good conversation. The public is always welcome at any Chamber meetings.
