Ride for the Red Dice Run Sunday

The Wayne County Chapter of the American Red Cross Ride for the Red Motorcycle Dice Run, presented by Wireless World, will take place Sunday, August 3. It was postponed by rain, from July 13.

Registration is from 10 to 11:30 at Wireless World, on Route 31 in Newark. The price of admission is $20 per person and includes a post ride dinner of pulled pork or chicken at Palmyra Moose Lodge as well as door and raffle prizes. Dinner only tickets are $10.

Frankie and Jewels will be performing from 3 to 6.

Proceeds will benefit the Wayne County American Red Cross Local Disaster Relief Fund.

Each year, families and individuals suffer losses from fires and other disasters. They are helped by the Red Cross Local Disaster Relief Fund. All American Red Cross disaster assistance is free, made possible by voluntary donations of time and money from the surrounding communities. You can help victims of local disasters in Wayne County by supporting special events like the Ride for the Red. This enables the Red Cross to provide shelter, food, counseling and other assistance to those in need.

Wireless World, Wayne County Motorcycle Club, Double D's BBQ, Palmyra Moose Lodge, Pontillo's Pizzeria, Frankie & Jewels, and Ward's Catering sponsor the Ride for the Red event.
