Hall, Maddock win State Elks posts Two members of local Elks Lodges were selected for state and national positions in the National Fraternity of Elks. Scott Hall was elected as the State Vice President for the West Central District. He is a member of Wolcott Elks Lodge #1763 and has been a member of the Elks for a number of years. He and his wife, Peggy and their children reside in Wolcott. Hall was installed as the State Vice President at the Spring convention of the New York State Elks Association which was held in Buffalo. Hall will represent the New York State Elks Association and promote the programs of the statewide association during his term of office. Christopher Maddock is a member of Lyons Elks Lodge #869. Maddock has been a member of the local fraternity for more than 10 years and has been the leader of the Lyons Elks Lodge #869 in the past. Maddock is also State Trustee for area lodges in the New York State Elks Association. He has been selected to be a national representative of the Elks for the West Central District. The Elks Lodges in the West Central District are located in the communities of Rochester, Lyons, Seneca Falls, Canandaigua, Wolcott, Newark and Webster-Fairport. Maddock will be installed in his national office at the national convention in July in Anaheim, California. Chris and Tammy Maddock reside in Lyons and are the parents of three sons.
