Clinton's Ditch exhibit at Newark museum

The Newark-Arcadia Museum Open House takes place June 13-15, in conjunction with Newark Family Festival.

Hours will are Friday (4-8 p.m.), Saturday (10 to 8) and Sun. (11 to 3)

The museum is located at 120 High St., Newark, just a block from the downtown festival. Admission is free, with donations gratefully accepted.

The new exhibit on the Erie Canal, 'Clinton's Ditch That Made Newark Rich,' will open.

Saturday only, there will be an antique sale on the lawn featuring five area dealers. Also, the Newark Garden Club's plant and bake sale will be held. A Civil War encampment, including the 28th NY Volunteers, will take place.
