Lyons Heritage Society meets this evening

The Lyons Heritage Society will meet June 16, at 7 p.m. at the Hotchkiss Essential Oil Building on Water Street in Lyons.

The guest speaker will be Angela Fera. She and her husband Paul are the former owners of the Bridge Tavern, overlooking the Erie Canal. Fera will give an account of their experiences as owners and operators of this popular Wayne County restaurant from 1979-99.

There will be a business meeting with discussion regarding the Peppermint Days Open House. Refreshments will be served. The public is welcome to attend.
