Summer hours start July 2 The Newark-Arcadia Museum's Summer Hours begin July 2. The museum is located at 120 High Street. It will be open Wednesdays, 7-9 p.m., and Saturdays, 1 to 3. Admission is free (donations gratefully accepted). The Museum is handicapped accessible. Tours welcome. The new 2008-9 exhibit, Clinton's Ditch That Made Newark Rich, all about the Erie Canal, recently opened. The exhibit includes rare images of the canal through Newark (locks, canal construction including a 1913 panoramic, and more), maps, and much more. For info, arcadiahistory@peoplepc.com
