Holy week at St. Mark's Church, Newark

St. Mark's Episcopal Church, 400 South Main Street, announces special worship services during Holy Week, and a celebration service on Easter Sunday. Maundy Thursday is March 20, with a worship service at 7 p.m.

Good Friday is the day of the Together In Christ Walk of Churches starting at St. Mark's at noon, with a brief service. Participants walk to another church each half hour and worship briefly at St. Michael's, First United Methodist, Park Presbyterian, First Baptist and Emmanuel United Methodist.

At St. Mark's Episcopal, the Stations of the Cross and Worship are planned Friday at 7 p.m. Easter Sunday Service commences at 10:30 a.m.
