Legal issues workshop May 8

• Who will make medical decisions for you if you are mentally or physically unable to make them yourself?
• Would your spouse automatically inherit your estate if you die without a will?
• What is a power of attorney and why would you need one?

The County Dept. Aging and Youth and the NYS Bar Association are co-sponsoring a Legal Decision Making Day on Thursday, May 8, to answer these and related legal questions.

An attorney selected by the Bar Association will give participants information about all of the topics listed aboveand more.

The Legal Decision Making Day program will be held in room 101 of the Wayne County health services building at 1519 Nye Road in Lyons. The session will be from 10-11 a.m.

There is no charge to attend, but seating is limited and reservations are required. To reserve a seat, please call the Department of Aging and Youth at 946.5624.
