Lyons Heritage Society program on Palladio

The Lyons Heritage Society will meet November 17 at 7 p.m. at the Public Library.

2008 has been designated internationally as the 'Year of Palladio.' Ed Polk Douglas will present an illustrated lecture, '500 Candles on His Cake: The Life and Legacy of Italian Renaissance architect Andrea Palladio (1508-1580).'

The event is free and open to the public, and refreshments will be served.
