DAR honors Good Citizen
students Wednes
day

The Col. Wm. Prescott Chapter of the National Society of the Daughters of the American Revolution will meet November 19, at the Chapter House, 119 High Street, Newark.

The Board meets at 10:15, regular business meeting at 11 and brown bag lunch at noon. The hostesses for this meeting are Peg Cohen of Fairport and Pauline Harper of Wolcott.

The program for the recipients and their invited guests at 1 o'clock features a presentation of the 11 students chosen from their high schools, the DAR Good Citizen of the Class of 2009.

Winner of the Essay Contest will be announced by Sue Dennie, DAR Good Citizen Chairman. A cookie reception will follow the ceremony.
