Wayne County D.A.R. meets October 15 in Newark

The Col. Wm. Prescott Chapter of the National Society of the Daughters of the American Revolution will meet Wednesday at the Chapter House, 119 High Street, Newark.

The Board meets at 10:15, with a business meeting at 11 and noon lunch catered by the Blackwells.

The public is invited to the program at 1 p.m., featuring 'The History of Hats,' by Randy Kennard.

The hostesses will be Anne Hotchkiss, Joyce Johns, Judy Welkley, Mary Birch and Helen Fox.

On October 25, the District VII DAR Roundtable will be held in Canandaigua.
