Passport info offered Sept. 24 in Marion

Wayne County Clerk Michael Jankowski announced that a passport clinic will be held at Marion Town Library on Wednesday from 6-7:30 p.m.

Anyone interested in obtaining their United States Passport may attend.

The purpose of these sessions is to assist Wayne County Residents in filling out the necessary paperwork to obtain their United States Passports. Processing agents and blank applications will be on hand.

Applications may be obtained prior to the session at the Marion Town Clerk's Office or downloaded off the Department of State web page.

Jankowski thanked Town Supervisor Jody and Town Clerk Deb Smith for making the event possible.

When you apply for a passport through the Lyons office, $25 of the $100 fee remains in Wayne County and is used to reduce property taxes.
