Tax counseling available for seniors

LYONS: The Retired and/or Senior Volunteer Program of Wayne County Action Program is providing trained volunteer tax counselors to assist seniors with their tax returns between the months of February and April. Free tax preparation assistance is also available to low-income families.

Appointments may be made at the following locations: Wolcott Library, Sodus Nutrition Site, St. Marks Church in Newark, Clyde Library, Macedon Town Hall, Park & Club Room in Palmyra, Ontario Town Hall, Wayne County Action Program in Lyons and the Williamson Come-Unity Center.
