Engineering program offered at RMSC

ROCHESTER, NY: Students will have the opportunity Feb. 28 to explore science, math and engineering with professionals from the community in two Science Saturday programs at the Rochester Museum & Science Center.

'Engineering!' will be presented from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. by the Society of Women Engineers and Eastman Kodak. The world of engineering will be explored with local scientists and a variety of interactive displays.

'Nazareth College Science!' will be presented from 12 to 4 p.m. by scientists from Nazareth College. Students and professors from the Nazareth College biology, chemistry and mathematics departments will provide hands-on, minds-on technological fun.

RMSC designs Science Saturdays are especially for middle school and junior and senior high school students to experience science in a fun, informal setting. Programs are free with museum admission.
