Newark Lighthouse Aglow meets

NEWARK: Yvonne Vazquez will speak at the Newark Aglow buffet breakfast at 10 a.m. Saturday, Jan. 24 at Cornell Cooperative Extension at 5181 Route 88 north. Meeting is open to the public. Admission is free. A love offering will be accepted.

Vazquez and her husband Edwin have been married five years. They have two miracle babies, as well as two step children. Thirteen years ago Vazquez accepted Christ into her life. She will share how her life has has changed.

A scripture that brought her encouragement and strength in a time of despair is Joel 2:25, which says, '!So I will restore to you the years that the swarming locust has eaten.'' The Lord has shown her many signs and wonders in her life and the lives of other people. Her testimony will build your faith and trust in the Lord. Aglow currently has chapters in 174 nations. Aglow presents the gospel by sharing life stories and testimonies of individuals who have experienced Gods transforming power.
