Lyons National Bank hosts after hours

LYONS — The Lyons National Bank hosted its annual Christmas After Hours Event recently at its main office in Lyons. Merchants were invited to share the festivities with bank personnel over holiday cookies. Mark DeCracker, president of the chamber of commerce, introduced Lyons’ new Main Street program manager, Jerry Ashley, to those in attendance. The Lyons Chamber of Commerce arranges after-hours events several times a year to encourage local networking and sharing of services. The next event will be the annual chamber dinner Monday, Feb. 2, at Studebakers Party House in Lyons. The Citizen of the Year will be announced that evening.
