Girl Scout camp Girls, both members and non-members, can enjoy summer camp adventures with the Girl Scouts. Camp is a place where girls learn a strong sense of self, develop healthy relationships and practical life skills. With the guidance of Girl Scouts' skilled staff, campers help plan their own program each week. Camp is a place to have fun, make new friends, learn new skills, such as swimming, paddling a canoe, hiking, dancing, cooking, creating jewelry, learning about area plants and animals, plus more. Girl Scout summer camping programs are available in three area locations. The public is invited during the first week in June to summer family fun nights held at each camping location to meet the summer staff and check out camping facilities.
