New York Maple weekend

ONTARIO - Bring the family and see maple syrup production from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. March 21 through 22 and March 28 through 29 at 7285 Lakeside Road in Ontario, off Route 104 between Routes 250 and 350, north on Lakeside, a quarter mile past Boston Road on left.

Tour the sugar house and sugarbush to see how sap is collected and processed into maple syrup. Sample pure maple syrup, maple cotton candy, other maple products and baked goods.
