Advanced care seminar offered

WILLIAMSON - A free Advanced Care Planning Seminar will be held from 1 to 3 p.m. March 21 at the First Baptist Church at 4212 E. Main St. in Williamson.

The seminar will focus on how to have a conversation with family members about wishes for future medical care in the case that one is unable to make such decisions. The seminar will also instruct on how to fill out the New York Health Care Proxy and New York Living Will. Forms will be available.
