Ex-Newark Ambulance Director Arrested
Authorities arrested the former director of operations for the Newark-Arcadia Volunteer Ambulance was arrested Monday. An investigation revealed that he charged more than $13,000 in personal items while employed at the ambulance service using the company credit card. The volunteer ambulance's board of director began its investigation when they found discrepancies in their financial statements. Weimer was arraigned Monday and released. He will be back in court on April 15. Copyright
