Madrigalia springing green

ROCHESTER - Madrigalia springing green, an environmentally sound program highlights connections between choral singing, one of the most organic art forms and care for the natural beauty.

Performance is scheduled at 8 p.m. Friday, May 29 at St. Anne Church at 1600 Mount Hope Ave. in Rochester and at 4 p.m. Sunday, May 31 at the Downtown Presbyterian Church at 121 Fitzhugh St. N. in Rochester.

Sunday's reception features a silent auction and raffle of items donated by environmental groups and a chance to meet with local environmental leaders.

Attendees of Friday's concert may gain admission to Sunday's events with their concert program. First time Madrigalia patrons will receive a special green gift.
