County club plans Poker Run

The Wayne County Motorcycle Club will host a poker run Sunday, August 24. The run will depart from the clubs' facility at Route 31 East, Newark. Registration is from 10 a.m. until noon... First bikes out will be at 11:30. The course will cover approximately 85 miles with check points throughout the course. All check points are located at convenience stores and/or gas station/restaurants. The ride will end at Danny Boy's Restaurant, East Pearl Street, Newark.

Cash prizes will be given for winning poker hands. All modes of transportation are welcome to participate. Proceeds from this event will be used by the club to promote motorcycle events in Wayne County. Further information or questions can be directed to Jim Mills (315) 331-2699.
