Visit the District Site

The Lyons School District is comprised of two schools. Students in kindergarten through the sixth grade attend the Lyons Elementary School, located at 98 William Street. The building is also the site of an after- school program. Principal Mark Clark can be reached at (315) 946-2240.

Grades 7-12 are located in the Lyons Junior-Senior High School on Clyde Road. The office phone number is (315) 946-2220.

The District Offices are located at 9 Lawrence St., adjacent to the Elementary School. Superintendent Richard Amundson can be reached at (315) 946-2200, ext. 2010. Assistant Superintendent of Business is David Alena. The High School principal is Harold DeCook.

A seven-member Board of Education is led by President Ralph D'Amato. Other members are Vice President Jim Santelli, Sharon Tiballi, Julie Bliek, JeriLee Brink, John Paliotti and Brian Engels.

School Board Meetings are held the second and fourth Tuesdays of the month. All board meetings at the High School building.

The District also has an active Parent-Teacher Association, and a Parent, Teacher, Student Association this year for grades 6 through 12.
